Hello, I would like to know what the maximum operating current is for each power rail on the JAOi 75W module. The datasheet only specifies “Absolute Maximum Ratings” (section 7.1.1) which surpass 75W, and includes voltage values as recommended operating conditions but not current value. The Developer Kit designed by NVIDIA also has power regulators of a lower current than the absolute maximum ratings.
What is the maximum operating current for SYS_VIN_HV, SYS_VIN_MV, and SYS_VIN_SV on the JAOi?
The 75W is the total module power but over short durations, each rail can draw more power as specified by the currents in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table. The regulator OCP must account for the currents in the table.

I’ll try to be a bit more specific. I see on the datasheet that the absolute maximum rating for the SYS_VIN_SV rail is 1.0 A. However on Developer Kit Carrier Board schematics (P3737-A05) I can see that a 300mA regulator is used, and the label next to the power pin says 0.1A, so I am a bit confused. Is 100mA enough to supply the maximum operating current on SYS_VIN_SV? Or do I need a 1.0 A regulator?
