Are you sure your board has the correct power source here? The device cannot be powered by a micro usb port. The micro usb port here is just for data transfer (dump some text log out).
Are you talking about that your power LED does not light up since the beginning of this topic until now?
Led Light will show only if I remove micro usb and press the power button.

What would happen if you power on the board first and immediately connect the micro usb cable to it?
Will it just shutdown? These two should be not be related to each other… We dumped the log with such method every day.
Do you have power jack as power source instead of type C?
If I first power board, Led lights and when I add micro usb, it won’t shut down.
I have tried with power jack instead type C and got same result.
This sounds a hardware problem to me. I guess you could RMA this device.
how should I start RMA process? I have ordered this device less than 2 months ago on Arrow.

You already have the software on your side… that is what downloaded from sdkmanager. JTAG cannot use to install those things.
