Jetson Carrier Board Design

I am designing a custom carrier board for the Jetson TX1 module. This carrier board would have highly specific application in a UAV.
I wanted know about any good resources or guide (other than the Dev kit manual) for designing a custom carrier board, any tips and suggestions are welcome, if you have designed one feel free to contact and please share your experience and any problems you faced.

P.S. I plan on using USB 3.0, HDMI, PCIe and a few more High Speed Applications in the final design.
