Jetson Nano B01 (2 camera ports) info

Hello,

I need information about the new Jetson Nano B01 with 2 camera ports.
A quick search in the net did not help.

  1. Can I use L4T 32.2 or I should use newer kernel version (which)?
  2. Pins for serial cable, using serial console ?
  3. How to enter force recovery mode?
  4. Camera driver examples (device tree, I2C addresses) for the 2 ports.

  1. It’s better to use the latest version. Current version is r32.3.1

How about flashing Nano B01 ?
Is it compatible with the production module P3448-0020 ?

Yes, and you should need the MISC patch for updating the DTB only for Nano(sdcard image).

I failed to install L4T 32.3.1 on Jetson Nano Devkit, following the instructions from:

All build steps finished OK except the last step:
export CROSS_COMPILE_AARCH64_PATH=$HOME/l4t-gcc/gcc-linaro-7.3.1-2018.05-x86_64_aarch64-linux-gnu
./nvbuild.sh -o $TEGRA_KERNEL_OUT
because nvbuild exits with error message: missing configuration.
Could not find information about nvbuild and why this step is needed.

When started to reboot, the Nano board falls in infinite loop.
At the end of the system log from line 579 and above, there are unpleasant messages (i don’t know if they are normal) like:

I’ve checked this section of the document and did not found something different from my kernel compilation. There is no information about nvbuild.sh, which failed in my case.

Did you used customization kernel Image?
Did you export LOCALVERSION=-tegra before build the image?
