Jetson Nano cannot reboot after i2c test ,and I cannot flash it

When I was testing i2c, I modified the eeprom value by mistake.

Then my Nano cannot boot.My carrier is B01.My nano is with eMMC.
So I try to use flash.sh to rebulid the system.
And I followed the steps in this link,but I failed.
After i2cset test, nano can’t boot in eMMC boot evironment - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson Nano - NVIDIA Developer Forums
This is what i changed .

Hi caodingrui,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Jetson Nano?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

So, do you write the correct data back to EEPROM before flash?

Please try using the following command to flash the board.

$ sudo FAB=400 BOARDID=3448 BOARDSKU=0002 ./flash.sh jetson-nano-emmc mmcblk0p1

1.I am using a devkit.
2.I am using Jetpack 4.6.
3.It wasn’t until the next time I rebooted the device that I realized I had made the mistake.The system was no longer booting, so I couldn’t change the value back.
4.This is the result after executing the command, which looks the same as before.

bk@ubuntu:~/Desktop/flashnano/JetPack_4.6_Linux_JETSON_NANO_TARGETS/Linux_for_Tegra$ sudo FAB=400 BOARDID=3448 BOARDSKU=0002 ./flash.sh jetson-nano-emmc mmcblk0p1

Let me be clear about what I have changed .

Jetson-nano-emmc.conf
...
BOARDID="3448";
FAB="400";
BOARDSKU="0002";
BOARDREV="70";
p3448-0000.conf.common
...
BCT="–bct ";
VERFILENAME="qspi_bootblob_ver.txt";
BCFFILE="bootloader/${target_board}/cfg/board_config_p3448.xml";

All right .It seems that I find whats wrong.
The following is correct.I deleted one of the - before the bct.

...
p3448-0000.conf.common
BCT="-–bct ";
VERFILENAME="qspi_bootblob_ver.txt";
BCFFILE="bootloader/${target_board}/cfg/board_config_p3448.xml";

After I fix that mistake,it still cannot work.

Failed flashing t210ref.

Could you verify with the latest JP4.6.4(R32.7.4) w/o any change?
and use this command to flash the board.

$ sudo FAB=400 BOARDID=3448 BOARDSKU=0002 ./flash.sh jetson-nano-emmc mmcblk0p1

Hi,
I cannot find where to download the whole JP4.6.4.So I downloaded Jetson-210_Linux_R32.7.4_aarch64.tbz2,and tried the command.
This time I hit a different error.

Jetson Linux R32.7.4 | NVIDIA Developer

In this link ,I can see many links which one I should download.Can you point it out for me?
Thanks.

Jetpack4.6.4 is 32.7.4. No need to find anything else.

What you are missing is you should follow the whole steps here to prepare the BSP.
https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/archives/l4t-archived/l4t-3273/index.html#page/Tegra%20Linux%20Driver%20Package%20Development%20Guide/quick_start.html#

→ To flash Jetson Developer Kit operating software

Otherwise you will hit such issue again. The flash process is totally not started.

/home/bk/32.7/Jetson-210_Linux_R32.7.4_aarch64/Linux_for_Tegra/rootfs/boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf is not found, exiting…

All right.I think I understand how to do this.I refered to the following links steps.

But I still failed. Here is my steps.
1.uncompress Jetson-210_Linux_R32.7.4_aarch64;
2.uncopress Tegra_Linux_Sample-Root-Filesystem_R32.7.4_aarch64;
3.

sudo ./applu_binaries.sh
  1. set Nano to RCM

Hi,

One question here. Does your board use sdcard to boot or emmc to boot? Or you are not sure?

Hi,
I am confident that nano used to use emmc to boot.It can boot normally untill I mistakely changed the EEPROM value.

What did you write in the xml file for flashing?

I only add this line.I did not make any other changes to 32.7.4.

Then that is the problem here.

board_config_p3448.xml has the info of the module. You have to write the correct info in the xml.

sku=0 means the sdcard module.

sku=2 means the emmc module.

Previous flash and boot log tells that it is trying to boot a sku0 module. But it is obviously wrong.

Hi,
I modified the board_config_p3448.xml .But it seems that after the command sudo FAB=400 BOARDID=3448 BOARDSKU=0002 ./flash.sh jetson-nano-emmc mmcblk0p1,the value comes to the original value.
