Jetson nano UART and Putty

Hello Sir,
I have connected Jetson Nano UART (Pin 8 and 10) to my serial device. I can transmit and receive data between Jetson Nano and my serial device using Putty fine (both direction).
But,First, when i open Putty and connect Mac with Jetson nano, start up Jetson nano, fan can run, Jetson nano can’t run. I must click “Enter” in Putty,Jetson nano can run.
Second, putty display “[ 17.434135] tegra-i2c 7000c400.i2c: no acknowledge from address 0x7f”,The screen always stays like this.

Hello @2286328220,

I moved this post over into the Jetson Nano category, I am sure they have some ideas how to help you.

Hi 2286328220,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Jetson Nano?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Please share the full serial console log for further check.

Do you connect any I2C device on your board?
