Hello, i would like to know how i can make use of the usb port as a receiver using UART transmission. Is there any driver that i have to install?

Jetson Nano brings three UARTs out to the main connector, it’s not using usb-port.
you may access Jetson Nano Product Design Guide. please refer to chapter [11.3 UART] for more details.
