Im working on this jetbot (Assembly Guide for SparkFun JetBot AI Kit - learn.sparkfun.com). The SD-card is ready out of the box and I got it working. Wanted to try something, but ended up having to format the SD-card. When flashed a new image ( jetbot_image_v0p4p0.zip) the edimax now wont connect to wifi, have tried to follow the README-wifi.txt document with no luck. Any suggestions?

Not really sure how it happened due to not met this situation, I will suggestion to try flashing more times to see if can get it working.

It’s too late answer but some people who want to install the driver can use this installation method:

But, when I used this EW-7611ULB in Jetson Nano for two products, its communication often stopped. If such disconnection happens pull off it and reconnect it again.
