Jetson orin agx power up

Hi,
In power up sequence there is a 5ms between”module power on” signal and “carrier power on” signal.

  1. What happens if it doesn’t meet the up to 5 ms?
  2. Should I react in to it if it doesn’t done?
    Thank you

It is the time required for the 3.3V supply to turn on and be in normal operating range. This is less than or equal to 5ms.

Hi, thank you.
If it takes more then 5ms - what should we do?
Should we perform the shutdown process?
Regards

It should not take more than 5ms. If it is taking more time then there is some issue with your power supplies which provide power to the Jetson module.

Should we perform the shutdown process in that case?
Regards

Please compare with our carrier board design for any differences in your custom board.

Hi,
There is nothing in this document that suggests it that we can compare to it.
Should we perform the shutdown process in that case?
Regards

Can anyone advise please?

The delay is fixed/set by the circuitry on the module and so should be always <5ms. You can measure it when the module is mounted on Nvidia carrier board and then with your carrier board.
