Jetson orin nano cannot be detected

My Jetson Orin Nano is experiencing the following issues:

  1. After powering on, the indicator light is on and there is video output, but the keyboard and mouse do not respond when connected.
  2. The PC cannot connect to it via serial port.
  3. The SDK Manager cannot detect it.

What should I do?

Hi huuuuuu,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin Nano?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Please share full serial console log for further check.
