Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit does not power using barrel jack

I have a Jetson Orin Nano Dev Kit. After a few days of it working the Jetson no longer powers on (no LED light, no Fan, no DP signal). We have tried multiple outlets, multiple NVIDIA chargers as we have a few Orins in our lab. As well as checked with a multimeter to make sure the chargers are still working. I also tried using a jumper cable to get it into recovery mode. Finally we even removed the fan module to see if anything burnt out on the board and still nothing. The board seems to be in great health.

We did connect usb c to our PC and weren’t able to locate the device as well using lsusb.

I am at a lost and could use some guidance.
