I’m using a Jetson Orin Nano developer kit from Waveshare. Everything was correctly installed and working fine with JetPack 6.2 on an NVMe SSD, but suddenly the board has stopped powering on.
When I plug in the power supply, the green power LED does not light up and the fan doesn’t spin. I checked the power on the developer board, and it is receiving power, but the same issue persists.
I have checked the power supply with a multimeter and can confirm that it is working.
Try unplugging the barrel power plug from the Orin and not the wall plug.
I have followed all suggested steps, including unplugging the barrel power plug from the Orin, but unfortunately the device is still not powering on
Please help us to resolve this issue, waiting for your kind support .

Do you have other carrier board to do the cross check?
If issue still exist, please reach out Waveshare vendor to do the RMA process.

We tested the Jetson module with another carrier board, and the issue persists on that board as well. Therefore, we kindly request you to initiate an RMA for the Jetson module.
Since the Jetson was not purchased from Waveshare, please let us know if we should still contact Waveshare for the RMA process.
