Orin NX PCIe x4 supports Root Port or Endpoint modes, while work as an Endpiont can it connect to x1 root port?
Each PCIe controller on Jetson is separate. The document is talking about that x4 port could be either root port or endpoint.
No matter what that x4 port is configured to, it won’t affect the function of the other x1 and x2 port.
Is that means the Pcie x4 port controller could be configured as x1, x2 and x4 no matter root port or Enpoint modes?
No, it does not meant that. But x4 setting is compatible with x2 and x1 device.
