We are working on following PCN210361 for Jetson OrinNX/Nano based custom board.

This overlay supports new memory from PCN210361 for Jetson AGX Orin. 
This overlay supports new memory from PCN210100 for Jetson Orin NX and Jetson Orin Nano.

I think the relationship between AGX Orin, OrinNX/Nano and PCN Number is reversed.
Is this a typo?

Can we support PCN210361 by applying Overlay_PCN210361_PCN210100_r35.4.1.tbz2?
Or, Do we need to wait for the release of [Jetpack 5.1.3/BSP 35.5] as described in pdf?

Yes, that’s typo, I will inform internal team to fix it.
If you plan to ship product with L4T 35.4.1, then you can use it directly, no need to wait for the next release.
