I don’t think we can know what happened on your device from this statement.
And your device is Xaveur NX or Nano?

You can refer to Debug tips when you hit any issue (fail to boot/ keep reboot …etc) - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson Nano - NVIDIA Developer Forums to do some experiments to provide more information.
