Not able to boot up from SD card using Jetson Nano 2GB board

I am using 64 GB SD card and followed the instructions given in Getting Started with Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit | NVIDIA Developer

but after inserting the SD card into board we are getting errors
as shown in the image

Board set up failed

The installer encountered unrecoverable error, A desktop session will now be run so that you may investigate the problem or try installing again

we tried to install again but the problem is repeating the same

Please provide some solution

Please try some old jetpack version first. After it boots up fine, then you can move to latest release.
