Jetson Nano 2GB Developer Kit not getting passed startup page

I opened a fresh Jetson Nano 2GB this morning and plugged it in and it has been stuck on the initial startup page with the nvidia logo ever since. I have reformatted the SD card and flashed it numerous times and still nothing. It is also not communicating via ethernet. I do not know if this is a hardware issue or a software issue and I’m not sure what other troubleshooting I can do without being able to actually get into the device
