Etson Nano 2GB - Stuck on boot screen with Nvidia logo!

Hi, I’ve just purchased a 2gb nano and I’m trying to get it up and running.

I’m using a brand new Sandisk Ultra SD card and have flashed it with the 2gb version OS as per Nvidia’s step by step guidehttps://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/learn/get-started-jetson-nano-2gb-devkit#write .
I’m also using an official pi power supply (5.1v 3a USB-C).

After I insert the SD card inside the Jetson NANO and powered it on, I got a screen with NVDIA logo and stuck there forever. I cannot proceed to initial setup for registration and login page.

Can anyone help me on this?

Its urgent.

Is it possible your SD card is bad? Try a different card and write the image.

I have tried two different SD card.

Are there no logs on the sd card after you mount it on your regular pc?

Connect to the debug uart of your devkit. See here for connection:

Suggestion for cable:

or similar. FTDI chip preferred, 3.3V LVTTL/CMOS level, single pole dupont plugs.

Use a terminal software of your choice, set it to 115200/8n1 with no handshake and capture the output.
Post the output here as an attachment.
