Jetson Nano stuck on NVIDIA logo after flashing SD card

Hi,
I am using Jetson Nano Developer Kit (2GB).

I flashed the SD card using Balena Etcher with the official Jetson Nano SD Card Image.

Issue:
After powering ON, the NVIDIA logo appears but the system does not boot further even after waiting for a long time.

What I have tried:

  • Reflashed SD card

  • Used new SD card

  • Waited more than 1 hour

Still facing same issue.

Please help.

Hello @yogendrasnaruka,
The Jetson Nano was previously flashed using Nvidia’s tools?. I see you included images of the SDK Manager. Did this flashing process complete successfully?

Do you have access to an UART-to-USB cable? If so, we could use the log to investigate the issue. Depending on your devkit version, you can follow this guide for the connection:

I’m still stuck with the same issue and haven’t received any updates yet.

Could you please let me know if you were able to resolve it? Even a small hint or direction would be very helpful.

Sir I have now connected via UART-to-USB and was able to log into the system uart_logs.docx (73.4 KB)

Hi,

Please refer to Guidance to tell if you are using a NV developer kit to check.
Please prepare a native 18.04 ubuntu, install sdk manager and full flash the device.

Thanks
