Intel I211 LAN EEPROMAccessTool(V 0.7.9) Flash in UBUNTU18.04 for Tegra (ARM64, r32.4.2, Jetson Xavier NX)

Eepromaccesstool 0.7.9 Dump error message “Check command open to write error” appears, the dumped OTP file is empty 0, the previous OTP burning back will also cause an error.
To update the firmware, which apps to update? Or is it set in the environment?
