Our project uses customized agx Orin (32GB jetpack 5.1.2) boards, but there are many cases where SSDs cannot be found. The SSDs use nvme’s 2TiB capacity, and when the SSD cannot be found, there is no SSD information in lsblk. The device may be restored after power failure or reboot, but sometimes it cannot be restored due to SSD damage. The logs when SSD cannot be found are as follows:

This issue arises after mass production and is not a recurring problem that cannot be replicated through a single kit. Have you encountered this issue?
No such issue before. Do cross check on your side and see if only specific to one device or SSD.
