Lab Usage limit exhausted

Hi Nvidia Community,

I am currently doing the course ‘Disaster Risk Monitoring Using Satellite Imagery’ and the accessing the lab returns the message " Usage Limit You have exhausted the lab time provided with your course enrollment. If you believe this message is in error, please contact support. "
I am unable to complete course lab and coding lab assignment.
I will be grateful if you can provide some extra lab hours.
