Licensing for NVIDIA Tesla P100 without VM

Hello all,

I plan to use NVIDIA Tesla P100-PCIE-16GB. I am not planning use this device with Virtual Machine.

As I understand I can download driver from Official NVIDIA Drivers site, but this driver will works only in TCC mode.

  1. Where I can download driver with WDDM mode? I known exist NVIDIA vGPU Software (NVIDIA vGPU Software (RTX vWS, vPC, vApps) | NVIDIA) where need to register for a free 90-day evaluation, but what I will do after 90-days?

  2. If use a Tesla video card in a system unit without any virtual machines, without any licenses, are there any restrictions on using CUDA or NVIDIA Video SDK (NVENC/NVDEC)?
