And what is your issue?
Have you created a client config token for the VM?
Your nvidia-smi output doesn’t contain the required licensing state information.
Please describe in more detail what you are going to achieve. A bunch of screenshots doesn’t really help to get the full picture.

As soon as you use the client token there is no way to configure licensing in NVCPL.
But I don’t understand why you don’t see the licensing state in your nvidia-smi -q output.
Did you use the mode selector tool to change the GPU mode to DC mode with the full BAR1 size?
Or could you please also post the output from nvidia-smi -q from the host? Would be helpful to see if the GPU is in the correct mode.
