Nvidia-smi reads only 3 GPUs from 4

Hello,

I got 4 Dedicated Servers each one with 4 GPUs Nvidia GTX 1080.
I installed the Drivers and CUDA and everything is fine with 3 Servers except the last one when I do the nvidia-smi command I see only 3 GPUs readable but when I do the lspci | grep VGA I see the 4 GPUs.
I don’t know where the problem is coming from. I’m using Xubuntu Desktop 14.04 "Trusty Tahr.

Dmesg says 3 gpus working, one is broken. Might be the slot or a misplaced power connector, of course. I’d just replace.

The technical replied to me " All the GPUs are correctly powered. " but the problem still exists.

So? I said broken. Swap it with a working card to see if it’s the board or the graphics card, then RMA it.
