Under CentOS 7.1 system, eight GPU cards are checked with nvidia-smi command, one card is error, one card is lost, and when nvida-smi command is executed, carton is slow.

Hardware environment:supermicr server SYS-4028GR-TR ,NVIDIA Tesla V100 x8,Mellanox MCX4121A-ACAT x1.system:centos 7.1 x64 。Trouble: 1. The machine loses a graphics card when it is in normal operation, and uses nvidia-smi to check another card error. 2. In case 1, print slowly with nvidia-smi command, Carton。After the problem occurs, restarting the machine can solve the problem of Katon and graphics card error reporting.Please help to see what caused the problem. The missing card isn’t detected by the system at all. Check that it is properly seated, all the power connectors are properly plugged in, check in another system if it is broken.
The card that is erroring out, also check for properly connected power connectors, run cuda memtest to check for a memory failure, also check in another system for a general hardware failure.
