We have 40 servers with 4 GPUs (4x Tesla P100 NVLink PCIe). The last GPU keeps disappearing. We have reseated the GPUs and verified cooling is functioning, server is located mid-rack (other servers are racked higher with no issues). After a reboot, the GPU will function for a short time and then disappear again. I reviewed this forum and ran “nvidia-bug-report.sh”. I have attached the log below, hopefully, someone could help diagnose this problem.
