Looking for Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) or Board Support Package (BSP) to read uart on jetsons

Hi All, Looking for Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) or Board Support Package (BSP) to read UART byte arrays on a Jetsons. Writing C/C++ code to run on a Jetson dev-kit to read the content of it’s own UART. Not interested in the examples which are about utilizing a serial application like cutecom from an Ubuntu box to communicate with a Jetson.
