Lost A2f Interface menu, resetting demo scene is gone and Core Error

When I load A2F I get this error and my A2F tab is missing from the side panel.

I am unable to reset the scene like in this tutorial.

The A2F menu is not populated with the same options.

I am not sure what I have done wrong It crashed whilst saving and I have not been able to get it to run properly since.

Restarted my machine and it works again. Sorry for the bother.
