I found other posts that it’s available under NDA

how can it be signed and access arranged?

The PRM document is only available for customers with a valid support contract. In case you have a valid support contract, please send an email to networking-support@nvidia.com and it will be provided through the support case.

can you tell me what kind of support do I need? And how can I buy it for ConnectX NICs?

@greg73 support contracts are typically purchased through NVIDIA’s enterprise sales channels or authorised partners. You can start the process by contacting directly through networking-support@nvidia.com. My colleagues will provide details on available support packages and pricing.
