Can we add the asm5, asm10, and asm20 presets to pbrun minimap2?
Right now it seems limited to read mapping (map-hifi, map-ont..), but having the assembly presets would be huge for moving our assembly QC workflows to GPU.
If that’s not in the cards yet, do the manual scoring flags (-A, -B, -O, etc.) work if I pass them in to replicate asm5 myself?
