hi there, I’m very new to all this and looking to build a computer to get started with digital twins on Omnisphere (my company is in the industrial space).
Everything is clearly centered around the graphics card, so I was looking at an RTX3090 as a minimum, would that be viable? I tried downloading Omnisphere on my work computer but the system through me an error due to not having the right GPU.
Yes correct. It is really mostly about the GPU. The rest helps but not as much. The RTX3090 is pretty good. If you can go higher, go higher. So the 4080 or the 4090. If you can afford to get multiple GPUs that really helps as well. It really comes down to your budget. The more GPU power you get the faster everything will run. It really is very linear.
