Missing extension in Isaac Sim 4.2.0

Hello!

I installed the newest Isaac Sim version (4.2.0) and try to migrate my old code. I am facing the issue that the newest isaac sim does not have the omni.tools.pivot extension and it is not possible to install it somehow.

What do I need to do, to get the omni.tools.pivot extension running on my Isaac Sim?

If it is not possible, how can I add the pivot transform to my prim and set the value accordingly?
