Extra Info :
Setup Information:

Hardware Platform**: x86_64 (Lenovo V520), NOT Jetson
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04
NVIDIA Driver Version: 535.230.02
CUDA Version: 12.2 (per nvidia-smi)
DeepStream Version: 6.3
TensorRT Version: As bundled in DeepStream 6.3 Docker
Docker Image: nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:6.3-gc-triton-devel
Issue Type: Runtime Errors / Missing Module (common.is_aarch_64)
JetPack Version: N/A (NOT on Jetson)

cd /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream
./user_deepstream_python_apps_install.sh -b -r v1.1.8

common.is_aarch_64 is located at opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/sources/deepstream_python_apps/apps/common/is_aarch_64.py.

DS-6.3 needs to pull tag v1.1.8. It is recommended that you use the latest nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:7.1-gc-triton-devel, which corresponds to the master branch
