The antenna PCBs do not have any adhesive adhering them to the housing. There is a small plastic tab towards the “middle” of the housing on each side, so try sliding the PCBs to the outside (in your photo, slide the left PCB to the left and the right to the right) and gently lift the “inside” edge.
