Hello,

Is there a 3D print template for Jetson Orin Nano enclosure with screw holes on the bottom of the enclosure. I am trying to mount to Holybro X500 V2 quadcopter but under neath of Jetson Orin Nano has no screw holes to mount on the quadcopter. I am stuck.

Thank you,

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any specific information about a 3D print template for a Jetson Orin Nano enclosure with screw holes on the bottom of the enclosure in the provided context. However, I can provide some general information and suggestions that might help you.

The Jetson Orin Nano carrier board has a 260-pin SODIMM connector (J2) and various other connectors, but it doesn’t seem to have any built-in screw holes on the bottom of the board. This is likely because the board is designed to be mounted using standoffs, as mentioned in the Jetson Orin NX Series and Jetson Orin Nano Series Product Design Guide.

The guide recommends using standoffs that are hex, 4.5 mm widths (narrow diameter) × 6.57 ± 0.1 mm length with M2.5 threads (or equivalent). The screws that match the described standoffs are M2.5 × 3.7 mm, pad head.

If you’re trying to mount the Jetson Orin Nano to a Holybro X500 V2 quadcopter, you might need to design a custom enclosure or adapter that provides screw holes for mounting. You could consider using a 3D printing service or designing your own 3D model using software like Fusion 360 or Blender.

Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Check the Holybro X500 V2 quadcopter documentation to see if they provide any mounting templates or guidelines for attaching payloads.
  2. Look for existing 3D print templates or designs for Jetson Orin Nano enclosures on websites like Thingiverse or GrabCAD. You might find a design that you can modify to fit your needs.
  3. Consider using a third-party enclosure or case that is specifically designed for the Jetson Orin Nano. These enclosures might provide screw holes or other mounting options.
  4. If you’re comfortable with 3D modeling, you could design your own custom enclosure that provides screw holes for mounting to the quadcopter.

I hope these suggestions help you find a solution for mounting your Jetson Orin Nano to the Holybro X500 V2 quadcopter.
