Jetson Orin Nano 8GB - 900-13767-0030-000

Hi,

I bought Jetson Orin Nano 8GB which has a part number - 900-13767-0030-000 from NVIDIA via Arrow. I can’t see any USB or HDMI port in that device. I don’t know how to connect that to my monitor. Do I need to purchase a separate carrier board (having these ports)? Can you please suggest?

If it is expensive to integrate this Jetson Orin Nano device then can I return this item and buy a Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer kit? It seems like it is currently not available. I wanted to ask when will it be available?

I already spent more than $250 to buy that Jetson Nano Orin 8 GB and not struggling with integrating with my computer. Can you please suggest a best possible way so that my money is not wasted?
Thank you.

Suppopsed what you bought is just a module, then you still need a carrier board to combine it as a developer kit.
You can purchase the carrier board from our ecosystem partners: Robotics & Edge AI | NVIDIA Jetson

Regarding the Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer kit availability, please refer to Jetson Orin Nano Super Availability - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson Orin Nano - NVIDIA Developer Forums

Thank you for your response. I found JNX 42 carrier board for Jetson Nano Orin. Do you think it will be compatible with 900-13767-0030-000?

Within JNX42, I can see three options LC, M.2 and LM. Which one do you think should be sufficient and good for 900-13767-0030-000?

Please feel free to suggest if you find a better carrier board. This is the first time I will be working with NVIDIA products.

Yes, that should work with your Orin Nano 8GB module,

That depends on your use case whether it’s enough, or you can compare it woth Orin Nano devkit kit.

For partner’s carrier board, the device flash SW, configuration file will require their support.

Thanks

Thank you. I got the JNX42-M.2 carrier board. I also mounted Jetson Orin Nano 8GB module on top of that. Can you please help me to know the steps to boot? Do I need to insert any MicroSD card in the board? I can’t see any slot for that. Do I need to insert any SD card to proceed?
Can’t I just use the device without any SD card to run the ML algorithm using Python code?

Also, which barrel power supply I should buy to power JNX42-M.2? Is this link looks good to you which has 12V, 6A rating?
