Production Orin Nano with old Nano Carrier Board

Hi everyone!

I have a production Orin Nano board that I have installed onto an original Jetson Nano (4gb) Developer carrier board. However I am presented with two challenges:

  1. The Orin Nano production module does not have a sd micro card carrier
  2. The old carrier board does not have NVMe slot

I’ve read the old carrier board should work, and from what I’ve read the pins line up. I’ve also read some things that suggest I may be able to boot from a USB flash drive? I have dd’ed the sd-blog.img to a flash drive but I have not had success.

Has anyone had success with this?

The Jetson Orin Nano and Jetson Orin NX modules are supported by the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit carrier board. We do not have support for these modules with the Xavier NX or Nano Developer Kit. Our partners also have various carrier boards that support the Jetson Orin Nano series and Jetson Orin NX series.
