Multicast to unicast

hello everyone,
I am trying to stream a rtsp video via ethernet and in “ifconfig” is ether0 is labeled as multicast, does any one knows how to change it to unicast? and is it true that it has lower latency?

Commands like below should disable the multicast.

ifconfig eth0 -multicast
