My visual studio keep saying can not opne file cublas_device.lib and i can't find this lib document in my computer

cublas_device is no longer part of any recent CUDA toolkit. The functionality was deprecated and then removed from CUDA some time ago.

There are other questions like this, a bit of searching will show you the last CUDA version that had it.
