My Xavier NX not able boot through pen drive bcs micro sd slot is not avliable

I recently purchased # reComputer J2021 Edge AI Device with Jetson Xavier NX 8GB module, 4xUSB, M.2 Key E & Key M Slot, Aluminum case, Pre-installed JetPack System. It is not able to boot its own OS and also from USB bcs micro SD slot is not avliable. even i am not able to reset bcs this button also not avlaible

Suggest to contact with reComputer to get the support, we don’t own their device, don’t know what have been pre-installed to cause this boot up problem.
