Nano thermal throttling

Hi, I am running deep stream AI on Jetson Nano Production SOM. This is an outdoor application. During peak hours, when the peak performance is expected, the core temprature rises and the performance starts to drop at 70 dC.
We have a Passive heat sink(larger than devlopment board) mounted on the board with efficient thermal pad. We have gone through the Thermal DG (jetson-nano-thermal-design-guide).

Are you monitoring DRAM temperature also?

Is there any way to delay the thermal throttling to kick at 75dC.

it’s device tree to have thermal zone configuration.
you can modify the provided thermal zones by editing the entries in the device tree.
please refer to developer guide, Thermal Management.
