Need help when running DOCA DPA samples

I’m encountering an issue while running the DOCA doca_dpa_ping_pong sample on a BlueField-3 DPU. When I execute the command:

./build/doca_dpa_ping_pong -rdma_dev mlx5_bond_0 -pf_dev mlx5_bond_0

I get the following errors:

  • Couldn't get RDMA DOCA device
  • Failed to Allocate DPA Resources: Requested Resource Not Found

Any insights into why the RDMA DOCA device isn’t being recognized? Thanks for your help!

If you want to use bond device, you need sure RDMA bond device is created
You can check with cmd:
mst start
mst status -v
If there’s no mlx5_bond_0, you should create it by add a bond device.
