Can I do this while the jetson is in a “working state”? I have re-flashed both of them. One has jetpack 5.1.3 and the other I push the jetpack 5.1 release to see if its any more stable.
Can I apply this fix before doing sudo apt-get upgrade? (which breaks the jetson)
Also, the only reason I ran this command is because VScode will not run on these jetson xaviers I have. I can install the IDE and it will run, but no window will every be created. Xclock will create a window just fine, but no IDE so far will run on these jetson xaviers.
Do I remove the contents of that file and add these or edit a particular function? What function do I edit? Do the pluses and minuses mean anything? It is possible to get the patched file so I cont have to reflash again if I make a mistake?
The whole reason why I ran the command “sudo apt-get upgrade” is because no IDE will run on this jetson Xavier with jetpack 5.1.3. VScode will install and run but no window will be created. xclock will create a window just fine. But VScode and pycharm it seems wont work properly. I can add the patch over .txt editor, but I will most likely make an error.
Thank you
