Hi. I am running POC to create photorealistic Avatar (2D with face sync to audio). In following the implementation instructions things appear to run smoothly but only 5 static models get to READY stage. 17 other models that are found in trtpkg form

never seem to be unpacked and made READY. Am I using the the right NIM? Is there some param I am missing? Attached is log.
