No preview in RTX mode and cannot animate in pixar storm mode

There must be something wrong, but i have no idea.

It seems that you have 2 GPUs. Can you disable the non RTX one from Device Manager and try again to see if it works?

I have disabled the non RTX one, but nothing changed.

Can you reinstall your GPU driver after disabling the other GPUs?
