Question

Hi, I would like to use the Nsight CLI (nsys) for profiling in the latest DeepStream 6.0 container (6.0-devel). It looks like only the GUI comes pre-installed. Which version of nsys CLI should I be using and where can I pull it from?

I have pulled the following Nsight 5.2 CLI package for installation and attempted to use, but am finding that it is not working as expected. For example, I set the --duration to specify profiling time, but the application continues running without ever terminating and I never get a .qdrep results file
https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu2004/x86_64/nsight-systems-2021.5.2_2021.5.2.53-1_amd64.deb

I used to be able to use the DeepStream 5.1 container (5.1-21.02-devel) with nsys CLI 3.2 and had no issues
https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/ubuntu2004/x86_64/nsight-systems-2021.3.2_2021.3.2.4-1_amd64.deb

Sample CLI command:
nsys profile --wait all --gpu-metrics-set --trace=cuda,cudnn,nvtx,osrt,opengl --delay=10 --duration=2 application-name
