nvarguscamerasrc issue: How to specified the camera id in multi camera?

I have the multi camera system with 4 mipi-csi camera on Xavier R32.1.
Now I use the gst-launch-1.0 nvarguscamerasrc to open each camera.
For open the 2th camera:

nvidia@nvidia-desktop:~$ gst-launch-1.0 nvarguscamerasrc sensor-id=1 ! 'video/x-raw(memory:NVMM), width=1920, height=1080, format=(string)NV12, framerate=(fraction)30/1' ! nvoverlaysink -e

As above, I can not specified the camera but the 1th camera.
I can only use sensor-id=0 to open the /dev/video0 success, Other will be error.
How can i specified other camera use gst-launch-1.0 nvarguscamerasrc?

hello limiao,

please refer to several suggestion as below for your checking,
thanks

  1. could you please check all your video device has registered successfully,
please have a quick check of system nodes.
    for example,
$ ls /dev/video*
  1. you might check your sensor device tree, you’ll need to have different “badge” property naming for all your 4 camera modules.

  2. please also check the “position” property of your sensor device tree, this property also reporting the camera ordering.

Hi Jerry,

Thanks for your suggestions, they are helpfull.
It is dure to “drivernode0” in DTS.
Now, can use “sensor-id” to open the specified port camera success.
Thanks!

@JerryChang I have 2 rpi cameras connected through auvidea jn30a but when i type ls /dev/video* gives me only one output “/dev/video0” what should i do to enable the other one
Note : i tested the 2 cameras in the working port and they are working
