Hi,
nothing about your issue, but regarding this:
https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/has-anyone-been-able-to-run-an-rtx-3060-laptop-gpu-at-more-than-80w-on-linux/192959?u=generix
Can you share at what wattage your 3060 peaks? According to the datasheet of your notebook model, should be 95W.

yeah only reaching around 78-80w according to nvidia-smi

Looks like you’re leaving 15W on the table on Linux. Can you please share the output of cat /proc/driver/nvidia/gpus/0000:01:00.0/power as well? Thanks

Regarding your original issue, I suppose the 495.44 is a beta release and has weird issues.

Power Limits:
Default: 80000 milliwatts
GPU Boost: 4294967295 milliwatts

I am experiencing the same issue today after upgrading from 470. I am running an RTX 3080 Ti.

the exact same blocky graphics in diablo II resurrected. Nvidia 515.57 with vulkan-sdk-1.2.176 on slackware 15 64bit
multilib. Linux kernel 5.15.38. Any questions about logs
please let me know maybe i can help.

515.57 i just confirmed upon downgrading to 470.74 from nvidia 515.57 the blocky graphics artifacts
are gone. I guess newer isn’t always better at least in this case.
