NVIDIA account blocked

Hello, The NVIDIA Hiring team want to talk with me and let me login my workday careers to schedule the meeting, but I have an account login blocked issue: it said “You may have entered the wrong email address or password or your account might be locked.“ But I reset my password still not work.

I already tried the reset and relogin yesterday, but still not working. Now it display"Failed to initiate password reset, please contact administrator". I waited for 24 hours as well.

Please help me, thanks!
